These were all of her guests
These were the flowers that Claire Heymann sent us for Shabbat
This was the main centerpiece that Stan made (as a surprise). It was on the buffet table.
And this was the dress our little girl wore…

Stills from the ball room
A year ago, at her first ever appointment, it was her first time out of the house ever, and her parents were petrified of everything, especially since it was icy and freezing.
This morning she was walking in the waiting room and sitting on chairs like a mench. Then she got shots. It will be obvious which pictures are before the needle was jammed into her leg and which came after.
Tonight we went to dinner at Muscat. The birthday girl sat between Abby and Ilan Kogan. Her parents, their parents and Zayda were there too.
It is way past my bedtime, but I had a
great first birthday!
This image was captured on February 24, 2015.
Since then this girl had grown and learned every single day. She crawls and walks and says a lot of words and animal noises. She loves her parents and pillows and climbing and water.
Her palate surprises us, as she eats foods her parents only learned about as adults, like tofu and turmeric. She loves to give hugs and clap her hands and shout hurray. She loves her stuffed Torahs (yes, that was plural on purpose) and playing with her toys, especially balls.
She has come a long way since that picture on top.
These pictures were all taken before 8 am on February 24, 2015.
Happy birthday boobah.
We love you so much.
